The Gotei 13 (護廷十三隊, goteijūsantai, 13 Division Imperial Guards>) (13 Court Guard Squads in the English dubbed version) is the organization which most shinigami join. It is split into thirteen divisions (hence the name), with several divisions having certain specializations. The 4th Division is the medical/supply division, the 11th Division is the combat division (specialization in swordsmanship), and the 12th Division is the research/scientific division. The 9th Division was shown, in a Shinigami Cup extra, to be in charge of newspaper and magazine-related duties. It's unclear if the other divisions are specialized, as the four above are the only ones who receive any significant attention apart from their members.
Ranks
As with any army, the Gotei 13 has ranks. There are 20 ranks for officers but no ranks for non-officers. The lower the number is, the more important. The ranks and their descriptions are below, from highest to lowest in terms of strength.
The sōtaichō (総隊長, lit. commander-general, dubbed as head-captain) is the leader of the Gotei 13 and the captain of the 1st Division; the implication is that this is an ex officio and/or a primus inter pares position. The current holder of this title is Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryūsai.
The Gotei 13 is split into thirteen divisions, with some divisions being shown to have certain specializations. The 4th Division is the medical/supply division, the 11th Division is the combat division that specializes in swordsmanship, and the 12th Division is the research/scientific division. Actually there are no information about the duty of the 6th division but is knowed as one of the more loved division.

Byakuya Kuchiki (朽木 白哉, Kuchiki Byakuya) is the 28th head of the noble Kuchiki clan, one of the four great noble families in Soul Society. As such, Byakuya acts in an aristocratic manner — he seems always serene and apathetic towards other people, even when he is actually deeply conflicted. He is also extremely calm, even in battle, and is very seldom surprised by even the most drastic of actions.
Byakuya strongly believes in law and order. As the head of one of the great noble families and as a captain in the Gotei 13, he always works hard for a peaceful society. He feels that if someone in his position doesn't follow the rules as a good example, then no one will follow them. He believes that to maintain the order, all law-breakers must be punished, even if that goes against his own wishes. In spite of his icy and regal manner, Byakuya cares for and protects those important to him, even referring to Rukia as his "pride".
Byakuya wears the standard captain uniform along with a white headpiece called a kenseikan (symbolizing his noble rank as the head of the Kuchiki family) and a white scarf made by the master weaver, Tsujishirō Kuroemon III. The scarf is made from silver-white windflower light silk (ginpaku kazahana no uzuginu) and is a family heirloom handed down through the generations to the head of the Kuchiki family. Ten large houses can be built for the cost of just one such scarf.
Byakuya, as Squad 6's shinigami captain, is skilled in all forms of shinigami combat. In keeping with his rank, Byakuya's abilities allow him to defeat opponents of lieutenant level shinigami without much effort.
Of particular note is Byakuya's speed: he is skilled in the use of flash steps, having trained with (but never surpassed) Goddess of Flash Yoruichi Shihouin. Yoruichi also taught Byakuya some techniques of her own creation involving flash steps, including one called utsusemi (空蝉, lit. cicada, in reference to theirmolting), which allows Byakuya to move out of harms way while leaving an afterimage behind. One of Byakuya's favorite technique as described by Renji is senka (闪花), a flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a strike aimed to destroy the saketsu chain and the hakusui soul sleep with a combination of two quick thrusts.
Byakuya has also displayed knowledge of high level kidō spells, able to cast spells up to number 81 without the incantation. He is adept at using them strategically, such as disrupting the movement of Renji's bankai with a well-timed fire spell and disabling Ichigo's right arm by using a low-level lightning spell at point-blank range to burn a hole through his shoulder.
Byakuya Kuchiki's zanpakutō is Senbonsakura (千本桜, lit. A Thousand Cherry Blossoms). Its shikai is triggered by the command "scatter" (散れ, chire).
Byakuya's bankai, named Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (千本桜景厳, lit. Vibrant Display of the Thousand Cherry Blossoms), is essentially a much larger version of Senbonsakura's shikai. To activate it, Byakuya drops his sword. The sword passes through the ground and two rows of giant blades rise up from the ground behind Byakuya or surrounding the enemy.
Byakuya's bankai has several forms, achieved by arranging the blades in different patterns. They are activated by saying the name of the technique followed by the name of his bankai. Each form presents a different advantage, such as increases offense at the expense of defense. Byakuya's attack form is "scene of a massacre" (殲景, senkei, Viz: "annihilate"), which unites the scattered petals into complete swords that form four rows around Byakuya and his opponent. In this form, Byakuya abandons the defense potential of his many blades and concentrates on killing the enemy. While Byakuya can control these swords as he does his regular blades, he usually attacks with just one in hand. To overwhelm the defense of an opponent, Byakuya can use "pivotal scene" (吭景, gōkei). This aligns every blade in a spherical formation around his opponent, which collapses into them from every possible angle, leaving no blind spots and no chance to escape. Finally, when Byakuya is weakened, he can use "final scene" (終景, shūkei, Viz: "last sight"). This condenses every one of his blades into a single sword, drastically increasing its cutting power. The blade appears bright white, earning it the name "white imperial sword" (白帝剣, hakuteiken, Viz: "white emperor sword"). Byakuya also grows pure white wings and a halo-like circle in the back, both made of spiritual power.

Renji Abarai (阿散井 恋次, Abarai Renji) Renji is one of the most unusual characters in Bleach in terms of his appearance, long crimson hair, usually kept in a high ponytail, and his entire upper body is covered in tribal tattoo work. How he got these tattoos is unknown, but it appears that with every achievement Renji attains, his tattoos increase as well, starting from his early days as a shinigami candidate until when he was imprisoned by Byakuya Kuchiki (his tattoos cover his entire back at this point of time).
As far as his personality goes, Renji is about as eccentric as any other shinigami. He varies from smug and cocky in his first appearances to downright angsty and depressed after his major defeats, but shows himself to be an incredibly serious and determined fighter when confronted with an actual challenge. Willing to fight, kill, and die for whatever he believes in, Renji is a dangerous man to those who stand in his way. He is one of the few shinigami that possess bankai, making him one of the strongest non-captain shinigami. He is similar to Ichigo Kurosaki in many aspects, and the two are mistaken for brothers in the anime's Bount arc. Ichigo claims they are cousins to keep things simple, allowing many hilarious situations to occur later.
Renji Abarai's zanpakutō is Zabimaru (蛇尾丸, lit. Snake Tail). Zabimaru's shikai command is "howl" (咆えろ, hoero, "roar" in the English dub).
Renji is one of the rare instances where a shinigami's zanpakutō spirit is actually seen. Zabimaru is a nue (a baboon with a snake's tail), hence his name. Zabimaru's spirit is portrayed as battle-loving and proud, similar in personality to Renji. It insisted on fighting Zangetsu again after losing, confident that it could succeed on the second attempt. Both the snake and baboon are capable of speaking, though the baboon is usually the more dominant one. The snake seems to be the more violent and insulting of the pair.
In its shikai, Zabimaru transforms into a segmented blade with a pick-like protrusion on each segment. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread, making Zabimaru more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily.
Zabimaru's bankai is Hihiō Zabimaru (狒狒王蛇尾丸, lit. Baboon King Snake Tail) and transforms Zabimaru into a massive version of its shikai form resembling a skeletal snake. Zabimaru gains many more segments, which are much larger than in its shikai form, and also gains a snake-like head about the size of a small car. Renji is also slightly transformed, gaining a fur cowl around his neck. Unlike its shikai, Zabimaru's segments are held together by Renji's spiritual power, allowing him to separate and reattach them at will. The segments themselves are extremely tough, making it extremely difficult to destroy Zabimaru. Even if a segment is damaged, Renji can simply detach it and reform Zabimaru. Zabimaru itself, in bankai form, does not literally "cut", Renji usually catches his opponent with the snake-head of his weapon and smashes his opponent into the ground with it. The head has also proven capable of inflicting heavy damage through biting. Zabimaru also gains a special technique known as Baboon Bone Cannon (狒骨大砲, hikōtsu taihō) after Renji becomes more adept with using his bankai. The technique fires a dense blast of spiritual energy from Zabimaru's mouth. He can also use a much more powerful higa zekkō, where all the segments detach and sharpen using spiritual energy.

Rikichi - Voiced by: Masataka Nakai (Japanese), Liam O'Brien (English)
Rikichi is a young shinigami who idolizes Renji and wants to be like him. To this end, he has similar tattoos to Renji's and will do anything to assist Renji when he is in trouble. His rank, if any, is unknown. He and Hanatarō Yamada are friends.
I've choose a dark grey cause the black was so styrong to me and the white content would blind more the eyes like a light. I've choose those 2 colours cause the shinigami's dress is usually Black but they're soul and usually in our imagination the soul (the death) is resembled by a white light.
I've choose the name "Following our rules" because both the most knowed characte of this division follow the rules of their hearts and of their own justice, so I guess/hope that all the members of this division see the good sample of them and did the same too.
