Story of the site

I opened this fanlisting due to the deep love I feel for this character in March 2008, approved by the animefanlisting's staff.
My original idea for the name I could give the site was "silent blossom" ("imoshinai hana" in japanese) because she is always so silent and so reliable beside Yzak Joule. I thought that she is like a flower marvelous and letal.
However after three years I thought that was time to give her a new name and a better look since, with all the practice I did, my graphics skills improved.
So here I am with a new outfit inspired to the balsam three and his flowers! The wood on the background is to recal the idea of the three itself. However since she is a girl I gave it a girly touch with some flowers. The new name is "balsam" (housenka in japanese) that it's the name that Yzak Joule give her gundam in a special Gundam Seed chapter dedicated to Shiho. Yzak sais that the Gundam shoots in all the directions like the balsam flowers spread seeds everywhere. In my advice the flower itself perfectly suit Shiho's personality.
